Refund policy

At Nazrana By Karigars, every product is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, weave, texture, and finish are natural and should not be considered defects.

Please read our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Products Purchased on Sale or Discount

Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, it can be cancelled and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following situations:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at nazranabykarigars@gmail.com along with:

Your Order ID
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging (if damaged)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once your cancellation or return request has been approved and, where applicable, the product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Conditions

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery. Inform the delivery partner immediately and contact us at:

If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Returned products must be sent back with:

Original product tags attached
Original packaging
All accessories, if applicable
Any complimentary items received with the order

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
The original tags or packaging are missing.
The return request is made after the specified return period.
The product was purchased during a sale or promotional discount (except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect shipment).
Minor variations in colour, texture, print placement, or weave that naturally occur in handcrafted products.
